Logging
A keypad made for sets
It knows a weight from a rep count, nudges numbers up or down, and fills in what you lifted last time.
Strength tracker for iPhone
tygr logs a set in one tap, does the plate maths for you, and shows which muscles are ready to train.
I’m built so you actually keep showing up.
Plate maths
Walk up to the rack with a number in mind and the plate calculator breaks it down per side, in kilos or pounds, for the bar you’re using.
Logging
It knows a weight from a rep count, nudges numbers up or down, and fills in what you lifted last time.
Recovery
A body map built from your logged workouts shows which muscles are ready, which are coming back, and which are still fatigued.
Streaks
See your streak and the days you’ve banked this week, with badges at 7, 30 and 100 days and for setting a personal record.
Routines
Save the workouts you repeat and edit them as your plan changes, or start from nothing and add exercises as you go.
Library
Each one is linked to the muscles it works, which is how the recovery map knows what you trained.
Widgets
Your streak, recovery and latest PR on the Home Screen, and your streak and recovery on the Lock Screen.
The app has no ads, no analytics and no advertising identifier. You sign in with Apple or Google, so tygr never sees a password, and you can delete your account and everything in it from Settings whenever you like.
